Bhawna, with over 8 years of experience in the Internet Technology sector, has demonstrated expertise in product development, operations, and strategy. Her professional journey encompasses a diverse range of domains, including Artificial Intelligence-based content aggregation, short video streaming, social media, and online learning social community-based mobile application products. She had the opportunity to work in China, the US, and India, contributing as an early team member for the Global expansion teams of prominent companies such as ByteDance and Cheetah Mobile. Her proficiency extends to reading, writing, and speaking Hindi, English, and Mandarin.

As an active member of the global startup community, Bhawna has made significant contributions. She served as the Co-Director of Startup Grind Beijing, where she played a vital role in building the most active startup community globally, collaborating with a dedicated volunteer army. She has also mentored and judged startups from various geographies at community and university events, leveraging her expertise and insights.

Bhawna’s skill set encompasses a wide range of specialties, including product development, product design, user experience, operations, community management, business development, and marketing. Currently, she holds the position of Co-founder and VC at We Founder Circle, an investment platform with a focus on early-stage startups.
